THT assembly, conformal coating, pcb varnishing

 

THT assembly is based on the use of an ERSA soldering unit operating under nitrogen protection. Thanks to the very good performance of the equipment, we are able to assemble electronic components with an efficiency of 1000 PCBs per hour, making THT assembly an extremely efficient process. THT components for assembly are always sourced from reliable manufacturers. The assembly of electronic components can be supplemented with an additional coating after completion. The conformal coating we use does not allow moisture or other contaminants to enter the electronic circuit. By using conformal coating, we can increase the durability and resistance of the products being prepared. PCB coating is carried out using high-quality protective preparations. For PCB varnishing, we place restrictions on the maximum size of the varnished component.
